Re applying PERM

Hello Michael,
Always your replies are very good. So I want your suggestions on my case detail;
1. Currently on sixth yr H1B, will expire on 30th Sep10. Applied 1 yr ext. on 3rd June 2010 based on Pending Audit PERM, thro big Law firm. H1B ext. pending too.
2. PERM applied 19th Aug 2008, caught into Law firm targeted Audit and replied in April 2009. Expecting PERM outcome soon since processing time is Aug 2008.
In case PERM denied, if appeal is also not successful. How I can restart whole PERM process with same employer and the same position again, is it possible/allowed? What are the available options based on time limits & to continue working with current employer?
I have recapture time left about 4month to request yet; I have two H4 dependants.
Thank you
Raj
