Q.

Follow up to Expired EAD n Health Insurance

In your response you stated
"You can be on unpaid leave and receive insurance while you are on EAD"

Did you actually mean i can be on upaid leave and receive insurance while NOT on EAD

or can be on unpaid leave ONLY on EAD

My company does not have a lawyer so i cant get any legal advise from them.
