Q.

EAD renewal while DWI case is pending

Hi all,
My husband was in an unfortunate situation and was charged with DWI in tx on 09/12/10 the case is still pending.We have hired an DWI lawyer.We haven't got any kind of court date yet. we applied for EAD renewal 09/10/10.We also have our H1B extension that is pending for 3 months. WIll the pending case affect the renewal? plz help!!!! i am really worried
