Q.

Injured while working on EAD (485 pending)

- priority date is September 2005 for pending 485 for EB3 ROW
- Employment based as a dependant on fathers 485
- I am 21 years old male

I got hurt at work and will need surgery and 6 weeks off work. question is: Can I accept Worker's compensation through my work and this not be a problem with my pending GC approval or citizenship later?
