Q.

140 RFE

I got an RFE for my 140 submitted on 2008.My old pay stubs and old W2 statements has my company's guest house address in IL. I never lived in IL and I live in NJ.The 2010 and all my paystubs in 2010 shows the correct NJ address.I have properly filed tax returns with NJ address as resident & Non Resident of IL.All LCA's are proper in NJ/NY. RFE is about the address proof in IL The RFE is "It is noted on the 140 petition filed on 2008 and on the LC is claiming address as <NJ>.On the 2007 W2 and 2008 pay stubs it is noted that the residential address is <IL>.* Provide a statement on the discrepancy of the geographical locations**provide evidence to establish the beneficiary reside at <IL >.provide a copy of lease/bankstatemnt. i am worried.Can my 140 be denied for this reason.Please help
