Background: My green card approved in EB2 while I'm working for the sponsored employer(still continuing)after I used AC21( for 2nd time) to come back to the sponsored employer. I had to refile I-140, got it approved as it was revoked when I left sponsored employer almost 1 year after my I-485 was filed.

Q1. Is now my sponsored employer obligated to pay the same salary as it was mentioned in the labor(PERM)? If YES, what are its impacts as I'm getting 40% less than that now?

Q2. Since I used AC21, am I obligated to work for the sponsored employer for some time now or how long?
