I am Indian working in USA on EB2 category with Priority Date of 1Dec2005, which is now current as per Aug 2010 visa bulletin. I have valid H1B visa, EAD and Advance parole with me. I am planning to go to India to see my sick parents in two weeks time and planning to stay there for two weeks.

My question is how I can enter USA if my Green Card is approved while I am in India / travelling to USA. I am afraid that my H1B and Advance parole may not be valid to allow me to enter USA without GC in hand (the approved GC is at my home in USA, while I am travelling abroad).

Please advise.
