Hi I ahve approved I-140 but I am looking to change my employer. My priority date is July 2007 EB2.I expect the date to become currnt in late 2011. Also I have a great offer froma company whos policy allows to sponser the green card after employing for 1 year. So if I join it will sponser my green card in say Nov, 2011. Will I still be able to use my approved i-140 to ratian my priority date althoug the priority date will already be current when they start the process? If yes will this mean , I wont have to wait for adjustment of status in queue ?
