Education & Experience combination on approved PERM
My PERM app filed on 7/28/2008 was audited (for other reasons) and approved on 8/10/2010. It was filed for Computer & Information Systems Managers (Skill I). It has requirement of Masters with 2 yrs experience or an alternative of Bachelors with 6 years exp (foreign equivalent acceptable checked). I have a 3 yr bachelor degree, then 2 yr Masters degree, and then 6.5yrs exp before joining current company.
Is the education & exp combination in approved PERM incorrect? Can USCIS deny my I-140 on the basis of this even though DoL has approved PERM? Is there anything i can do while filing I-140 to minimize unfavourable outcome? Incase it is denied, can i refile using same PERM, or appeal? I am seeking your second expert opinion on all these questions after my own research. Thank you very much!
