Q.

getting diorced from the main petitioner of EB3 green card appli

My husbands EB3 application filed by his company 2005 . We filed our 485 based on his application in 2007 fiasco. We have a 1.5 yr old son. Due to increased domestic violence from him, I left our house 4 months ago after a police report and later got a protective order against him that he agreed to out of court. He immediately filed for divorce to make me out of status - it is not complete yet. My 485 application got transferred to NBC recently. I am expecting an interview and also I think him informing USCIS of the divorce filing must have brought on the interview. Otherwise, my record is absolutely clean. What should I tell in the interview and what should I expect? What if they deny my 485 based on this separation? Also, since EB3 PD is not current yet, can they deny my 485?
