Power of attorney
Hi,
I am EB-2 ROW and my labor has just been approved. My attorney emailed me and said he will be enclosing a power of attorney with my application allowing him to sign the forms (Labor, I-485 and G-325A) that require my signature on my behalf.
My questions are:
1) Is this a practice that is accepted by USCIS in all instances or there are only some special (or particular) situations that warant this.
2) If this is done, will USCIS return my application back requesting for my original signatures?
3) What will be your recommendations based on your experience.
Thanks.
