Q.

Prevailing wages expiration for filing Perm cert.

After, completing all the recruiting procedures, my company is ready to apply for Perm Application. But my SWA prevailing wage determination received from labor department started from 03/31/2010 & expires on 07/01/2010. Our first recruiting step of posting the job in the America’s Job Exchange started on 05/19/2010, second step of advertise in local news paper started on 07/11/2010 & third step of advertise in company website started on 07/11/2010.

My Question

1) Can my company apply for Perm certification with this existing expire prevailing wage rate? Because my company begin the recruitment process from 05/19/2010 which is between validity date of SWA.

2) If not can I use the newspaper advertisement which I have placed on 05/19/2010 for new process.

please reply ASAP
