Q.

Join GC sponsored company After EAD

I was working with Company A with whom I have approved Labor and I-140. After 1 year of I-140 approval I left company A and joined Compant B

Currently I am working for Company B and Client C on H1B. My I-485 will be filed with company A shortly as my PD is current.

I am planning to Join Company A after getting EAD by Sub-contracting to Company B and working for same Client C. I will be on Corp-Corp basis with Company B under payroll of Company A.

Is it safe to join Company A on EAD immediatly to show intent of joining sponsored company?

Will this cause any issue or get a RFE on establishing relationship.

Appreciate any kind of Help
