Hello,
I-485 pending status.I am in possesion of a Advance Parole which expires on May 15th 2009. Applied for renewal of Advance parole on January 16th 2009 while I am in this country. Now I need to travel outside the country and plan to return only in the monthof December '09 .Following is my question :
1. If my renewal Advance Parole is approved by say March 31st 2009. Can someone mail me that Advance Parole to me outside the country and can I use this renewed Advance Parole which is approved before my first one expires which is May 15th 2009. This would mean, I am in possesion of a valid approved Advance Parole throught my stay outside the country ? Do I have to physically come to get AP say by May 15th09even thou its approved while I was abroad and in possesion of a valid AP?
