I140 status changed to "Initial Review" From approved saying that my application has been transfered to "National Benefits Center". got same email for my pending I485.

I am now working with different employer and filed AC21. New company filed my H1b extension based on I140 approval screenshot(I dont have origal approval copy).

As I140 status is changed from "Approved" to "initial review", does it mean that my I140 is now not approved?

What happens to my H1b 7th year extension from new company?

What happens to my EAD?
Will I be out of status if my H1b gets rejected? I have EAD but not sure if that is still valid?
