Trafic citation and other matters
I am ready to file 140/485 concurently. Last week I crashed my car beyond repairs. I was totally safe and I was the only one in the car. No other cars were involved in the crash. I immediately called the cops. The cop gave me citation of $115 for DRIVING AT A SPEED GREATER THAN WAS REASEONABLE UNDER RAINY CONDITIONS. I will pay the ticket and won't ptotest this, so I am not going to court. Will this have any issues with my I-485 application at all? Can issues like this cause a delay in my background check? Will this cause my case to be picked for interview? In other matters, my lawyer said he will be including a POWER OF ATTORNEY with my application allowing him to sign forms I-485 and G325A on my behalf. Is this normal or me not signing will cause any problems/delay with application?
