Q.

EB3-EB2 Porting (Different employer)

I’m working with Company-A (Consulting company), filed EB3 labor in 2005 and I-140/I-485 in 08/2007 and got I-140 approved (in 2009) and currently working on EAD. My education credentials : I've 3 year Indian Bachelors and 2 year Indian full-time MBA. I got an offer from Company-B which has same requirements as my labor certification except that it requires Bachelors + 6 years of experience.
(1) Based on Bachelors +6 year’s requirement, does that job qualify for EB2?
(2) If I switch to company-B and use AC-21, do I still have chance to file for EB2 labor and port my date during new I-140 through company-B?
(3) On a separate note, If company C is willing to process EB2 as future employment, is porting an option? (even though I don't work with them right away)
