Dear Andrew,

I quit the company A in July Mid this year and Joined Company B. I have Company B's H1B transfer approval notice with me. My passport has Company A's H1B VISA stamping valid until 2011 end. I am planning to travel out side the country to Europe for few days. Can I use Company A's VISA for re-entering. Is there any risks involved.

Please let me know what documents I need to Carry? Also, Could you please refer to USCIS link or USCIS document or Rule that mention about re-entering is legal with old company's VISA. I wish to carry that to show POE authority in case if they have any doubts.
