485 pending son of eb3 to marry US citizen before approval
My son is 21 years old now and priority date of Sept 2005 for EB3 row pending 485. He would like to marry his fiancée(a US citizen) but need to know what is required if he marries before his 485 approval. Wouldn't that invalidate his 485 approval if it comes after he marries?
Sept 2005 seems close...but it has seemed close for the last 5 years as well.
Really don't want to re-file 485 or whatever paper work if it's expensive.
Can he marry and sort it out later or is that wrought with problems?
