Q.

EAD Extension

My status is pending 1-485 since july 2007. My HI-B dtatus has been expired and I am working on my EAD valid till 8-26-2010.

I filed my EAD extension in june and filled my papers to Lockbox chicago and they received my application on june 15th 2010.I checked my status on line and it says PENDING.

My question is if I do not get my approval before 8-26-2010 then what are my options to avoid any further complications?
