Q.

EB3 to EB2 Conversion under same Employer

I have my labor and I140 approved in EB3 category with my current Employer.
I only had around 3.5 years of experience before I joined my current Employer, but I have 3 more years of experience under him now.

Now, if I move to a different Employer for 3 months and come back to my current employer, will he be able to file my case in EB2 category?
Will my experience under my current employer count in that case?
