My labor application has been denied.Reason provided was that the newspaper in which add was placed is not of national reputation.My company has been advertising in the same newspaper for the last 15 years.There was never a problem with regards to its repuataion before.

Surprising part was that there was never any RFE and it was a straight denial. My attorney has filed an appeal about 16 months ago with all the documents needed but my appeal is still pending.What are the chances that it wil get approved?

Can I extend my H1B while my while my labor appeal is pending?
