1.I have H1B approval until Oct 2010, but my H1B visa on passport has expired. I have been on H1B visa for 10 years. I have EB3 category I-485 application pending & I-140 is approved. I recently entered in US on advance parole. I am changing job now to another employer. Can my H1B approval still be transfered to new employer (enven I have entered US on AP)?

2.New employer is ready to file another GC application under EB2 category for me. I have required expereince and degrees. Can I use my current EB3 PD (May 2004) for my new EB2 application? How can I do it?

3.Just in case there is any problem in new EB2 application process, would it effect my current EB3 processing?

4.If there is a problem in H1B transfer then can still a new EB2 application be filed? I have EAD.
