My H1B started on October 2006. My current employer "A" applied for Greencard PERM and have approved I-140 under EB3 category with priority date Jan 2009. I am planning to transfer my H1B to company "B". If my current employer revokes my H1B after 30 days of my trasfer
1)can I use my previously filed I-140 prority date under eb3 category to be ported to eb2 category ( lets say position that I am going to accept in company "B" falls under eb2 category) even after my previous H1B is revoked ?
2) What are issues/things that needed to taken care of for porting eb3 to eb2.I am fulltime employee for company "A" as Software Engg.,can my application be ported to EB2 if I join consulting company as a contractor where I will be working on multiple client locations
