Q.

EB2 labor filing for Chartered Accountant from India

I am currently in US with an approved labor under EB3 and EAD.Labor was approved in Jun2006.I hold a bachelors degree from Bangalore University (it was only a 3 year course) and I have passed the CA exams(after a 3 year training with practicing CA firm in India).
I would like to know if my qualifications fit in to file EB2 labor again so that I can port my EB3 priority date .
I do have more than 5 years experience in software consulting.
If it does not any suggestions to get an EB2 ?
