Q.

Please advice me what to do

I applied my GC through a small consulting company using substitute labor in Jun 2007,since then I'm working in that company. Company is currently blacklisted until May 2011 (can't apply new H1).

My priority date is Jul-2004-EB2-India. My I-140 is approved in March 2008. In Mar 2010 I got RFE for G-28 and employment verification letter. We responded to the RFE and USCIS received our response on Apr 7th and after that there is no progress in my case. Even recently my colleagues GC approved through this company.

I'm unable to understand why my case is delayed indefinetly. I'm considering 2 options 1) Join other company using AC21 and wait for 1 year and then file for Writ of Mandamus 2)Join other company using AC21 and file labor and I-140 again and then interlink these with I-485.
