Q.

EAD renewal filed 04/26 - approved Jun 30 but not received EAD

My EAD expires on Aug 13, 2010. My wife is not working and hers also expiring
1. Can I continue work on the basis that my EAD is approved (checked online and confirmed with USICS by calling) though not received EAD cards and a letter?
2. Made an Info-pass appt. on Aug 06 for INTERIM EAD? Will local USCIS office issue EAD on the basis that case is already approved and not received EAD within 90 days?
3. I have received GC interview notice to appear on Aug 20, 2010 (My priority date is DEC 2005 / EB2) If am I out of job (or) be on Unpaid Leave for one week prior to the interview i.e if EAD not received before 13th AUG - Will that affect my status and GC interview?
I am really confused what to do. I would appreciate suggestion to get these things resolved or best approach at present?
