Q.

Prevailing Wage

My company did the advertising in Feb/March. We had the prevailing wage determination submitted but it came back incorrectly. Since the prevailing wage amounts changed July 1st we posted the in-office notice July 2-13. Now we wait for 30 days quiet period. We have requested an updated prevailing wage but the 180 days expires August 26th. As long as I get the prevailing wage back before my 180 deadline can i still submit the paperwork considering that the recruitment was done before receiving the prevailing wage back. I have heard that some submissions are getting rejected because the prevailing wage wasn't done 30 days before submitting the paperwork.
