EAD
My wife has an EAD from her previous employer (I 140 approved in Jan 2009 and priority date on sep 21 2007) via EB3 category. I obtained an EAD through her and currently both of us are on H1B from different employers. We will move to a new place in 1 year and if my wife cannot find a job at that place, can she be a house wife and still maintain the status of her EAD until we get the green card? Thank you.
