Q.

Premium Processing I 140

Hi -

My firm sent in my application for concurrent filing of 485/140 two weeks ago. I have read there are significant delays in receiving the receipt of notice for the I 140.

My firm is willing to upgrade my application to premium processing however the receipt of notice is needed to do file.

Could you please let me know

1) my options to upgrade to premium processing or do I need to wait for the receipt of notice to proceed.

2) Risks of scrutiny if company asks for upgrade to premium processing
