Q.

advance parole

I have a pending I485 under EB3 PD 2005, I have my Advance parole and I plan to travel for a few days to sudamerica, currently I am working in another company after the 6 month period as state in AC21 rule.
My work position in this company is higher as well as my salary.
My last laywer advice me not to send a notification to the uscis and just inform about my change in case they asked me for RFE.
Since that I did not informed the uscis for this change, but everything is under AC21 rule.
My question is if I travel will I have any problem when I came back since my employeer it is not the same, and what documents whould I bring with me, what do I have to do to play safe.

thanks

roxana
