Changing Jobs after getting a GC
Hi,
Details:
I-140 approved Aug 3, 2007
I-485 approved July 9, 2010.
Card received July 17. 2010.
Claass EB2.
I have been with the current company for the
last 3 years.
My question is how soon should I able to change
jobs without causing any side-effects during
"Naturilization" stage or any immediate travel,
particularly in the perspective of the already
existing AC-21 rule?
What action can the company take if I change
job immediately?
