Q.

I-485 pending, entered US on H4, is stay legal after I-94 expiry

- Myself an my wife's I-485 filed on July'07 and is pending
- She entered US on H4 status on 29th April 2010 holding H4 VISA and I-589 valid until July 15th 2010
- She was also carrying a extension I-589 with validity from July 16th 2010 to 2013, future date
- At port of entry office gave I-94 valid until 25th July 2010
- From 1st July 2010 she started working on EAD
- Is she still legal to stay in US after 25th July 2010
- As she used EAD will there be any issues in future
- Note my I-485 is based on Future Employment with my previous employer, not with my current employer
