Q.

Attorney won't send all the original pages of certified labor

My attorney won't send all the original pages of certified labor, says this is against their protocol. The attorney's office sent only the 2 signature pages to my employer. What options does my employer have? I have just a copy of certified labor. Please let me know how to get all the original pages so that my employer can start my I 140 process with a different attorney. Thanks!
