Hi, My employer has initiated Perm process for my GC in EB-2 category recently per my request. Currently, I am single and my I-485 has been already filed in EB-3 category about 3 yrs back. Now, the PD of my EB-3 is current in EB-2 category. If everything goes well as expected, I can expect GC in a year after I interfile. But, my concern is about how to add spouse to my I-485 process and can it done after I interfile? What would the ideal time to add spouse to my GC process before it's approved to me? I am currently maintaining H1b status.
