EB1C I140 application at Texas

We applied for I140 and our I485s on Feb 5th 2010 at TSC.We had the receipt notices and went for our fingerprints in March 2010.
Since then, we have heard nothing and the status on the USCIS website shows "initial review".Our attorney called them up and they said that they are working in cases from January. I have seen on-line on sites like trackitt.com where people have filed I140 for EB1C Multimanager, the same as ours, either around the same time or afterwards and they have been approved. We have not received any RFE - just nothing.

Is this a negative sign for our application? We really put everything in there - tax returns, 941s, W2s, org charts etc etc etc.

The website says proc time of 4 mths, but we are now over 5 months. How much longer might we wait and is this a bad sign?
