Q.

I -140 approved and changing to different employer

1)I have my I-140 approved with employer A.
I'm taking another job with employer B. My H1B is expiring on 03/2012.Employer A is planning to cancel I-140.Can I use the previous priority date(Nov-2007) with the new employer B.

2)If I can use the previous priority date with the new employer B, what are the conditions like job duties etc

3) My 6 years of H1B will be completed by 03/2012. If employer B files the new labor application by 12/2010. Howmany years of H1b extension will I get.
4) If my I-140 is not canceled by employer A, will I get 3 years of H1b extension with employer B?
5) Howlong employer A needs to hold before he cancels I-140 inorder for me to port the old priority date with the new employer B.
What are the main conditions for porting the old priority date.
