Q.

I140 submitted but my previous employer is no longer in business

My previous company in Bangladesh is no longer in business. My attorney told me to provide the experience letter from coworker. After submitting I140,it came back this way from USCIS “Affidavits & letter from coworkers are not sufficient. Evidence of experience must be in the form of letter from current or former employers …”. My questions-1.IS USCIS looking the experience letter from previous employer in their letter head no matter what company is in business or not at present condition? 2.If I can locate my former owner/officer of the company. Then what exact documents do I need from them to support this. If I get the experience letter from them, will that be sufficient to verify my two year period of employment&experience to work for I140?(3) If not then what documents required?
