I filed my I 140 under EB2 Category.My petition was denied due to education.I have three years degree in Chemestry from India. Have 11 years of Work experiace after my education. I have evaluation fm the evaluator stating that my education and experance is equivalent to US bachelor of Science. So what do you think whether i should go for appeal or can I file one more time I 140 under EB3 category using same labor Certificate.Can i use this same labor certificate it is valid till 10/10/2010. Pl guide me on this issue. I really appricate if you guide me on this issue.
