Q.

Name discrepancy on immigration & personal documents

Dear Lawyer,
I have found out now a name discrepancy on my immigration & personal documents

(1) Passport
Given Name: AAAAAAA BBBBBB
Family Name: CCCCCCCCC

(2) SSN (3)H1B (From 2003-2006)(4)Labor(5)I-140(6)Previous Employer-W2,paystubs

First Name: AAAAAAA BBBBBB
Last Name: CCCCCCCCC

(7) I-485 and 325 A application (8) I485 receipt (9) EAD & AP receipts and Card (10) All my utilities (11) Current Employer-paystubs

First Name: AAAAAAA
Middle Name: BBBBBB
Last Name: CCCCCCCCC

space in given name caused this. Shall I ask my current employer to change to show correctly in 2010 W2?

how to go about fixing the issue in all immig..& personal documents & where to start?

plan to use AC21 again, how to write my First Name-as in EAD or SSN?

Thanks
AAAAAAA
