Porting my previous employer I-140 approval PD before I-485
Dear Sir,
Here are my case details:
My I-140 was approved through my previous employer with PD OCT 2006 under EB2.
My I-140 is approved through my current employer with PD July 2007 under EB2.
My PD is not current yet to file I-485. But I would like to port my I-140 PD of OCT 2006 from previous employer under EB2 to the new employer I-140 approval under EB2.
Please advice what is the process to port PD to new employer I-140 approval before filing I-485 when I-140 is already approved through both employers.
