Q.

unemployment benefits on EAD

My current visa status is I-485 pending and an approved I-140 and have a valid EAD/AP.

I was unemployed for the past 1 year. If I apply for unemployment benefits will that cause any problems in my I-485 adjudication like the unemployment office informing the USCIS thereby triggerring a RFE or audit on my I485
