EB3-PD 2007.Worked on H1(3 yrs)& moved to EAD,so 3 yrs still remain on H1.Changed 2 employers after gc filing.Employer#1 filed I485(approved Labor/I140)on 8/16/07 but sent wrong fee of 385$ instead of 325$.I received a rejection notice on 9/12/07 saying that "I had filed with a wrong fees and the fees for the application is 1010$"

I refiled on 9/12/07 & 1010$ fees and cover letter saying "sending 1010$ as requested"

My check was cashed and received receipt notices for me & wife,reciept dates being "unknown" and 8/16/07 respectively.Since then I have renewed EAD/AP/finger printing done 2 times.

Though USCIS accepted my refiled application on 09/21/07,there were no EB3 visa numbers available at that date.Do I have a chance of rejection?If so,what are my options if that happens.
