I -140 appeal being withdraw
I have MTR I-140 with AAO. however the company downsized and the provided documentation would not prove that they would hire me again. I have been advised to withdraw the case from AAO. My I-140 was concurrently filed with I-485 which was denied.
I have an approved application from Department of Labor Certification as a plastic molding operator-EB3.
Can I start new I-140 if I find a plastic company to sponsor me?
What other choices would I have?
Which steps do I need to complete to make sure this would not happen to me again?
