I-485 Interfiling - Changing from Eb3 to Eb2

I'm in the following situaton:

Company A - EB2 - I-140 Approved - PD : June 2005 - Left the company before filing I-485 on May 2007- I have I-140 approval copy & looks like active still(not revoked)

Company B - EB3 -I-140 Approved(Labor subs) - PD : September 2003 - Filed 485 in August 2007.

Company C : Used AC21 to switch from Company B - Currently working in here - wages and job responsiblities are matching with EB2.

Can I interfile I-485 using company A approved I-140 with Company C? or what are all the possible chances to switch to Eb2 in this situation?

If I join Company A again, I'm positive that I can do interfile without any confusion. But I have not approached company A still as I don't have that intension.
