XYZ Company filed my Green Card and i worked for XYZ 4.9 Yrs on H1B, Using EAD card i changed the company to ABC, I came out of XYZ with good terms, XYZ hold my h1b for two months after i left it and latter on they have cancelled my H1B[ they have not revoked my I140], I am working for new one from past 5 Months and till now i havent filed my AC21, Staring from July 1st my priority date would be current so i need an advice whether to file AC21 or should wait if an RFE comes and then respond to the query. Will cancelling the old H1B will have any impact on I485 for sure i get an RFE, What will be the impact if i dont file AC21 or if i file AC21 will i got more queries
