Q.

Concurrent filing of I-485 and I-140 with previous priority date

My PD is Nov 2004 EB3 with an approved I-140 with previous employer.
I filed Labor again with new employer in EB2 and got it approved. Is it OK to apply both 485 and 140 concurrently or should I wait till 140 gets approved from current employer? Also, while applying where should we mention that I have a previous approved I-140 with a priority date? Please let me know if there are any other risks involved in applying concurrently.
