Q.

I 140 approved - options

My I-140 is approved (EB3). I want to change my job, but do not want to jeopardize my Green Card process. I am on 3 year H1B visa (which will expire in Oct 2012) extension after completion of 6 years on L1+H1 visa. If I join a new employer will I have to do labor certification once again and file a new I-140 ? What are my options ?
