Q.

Changing attorney after PERM certification

Hi,

I am thinking of to change the attorney who filed my PERM to a different attorney for filing my I 140, before I change the attorney what information should I request from the attorney who filed my PERM and is it safe to do the change of attorney? Also can the employee pay the attorney fee & any applicable fee for the I 140.
