I have filed for I-485 at Texas Service center in Jun 30th 2007, received a receipt notice, with received date as Jul 02 2007. Ever since, my 485 case is pending, it is almost 3years now. First finger prints were completed in Jul 2008, Second finger prints were requested only for my wife in DEC-2009 and completed. I have raised several service requests with USCIS customer center and via info pass, every time there is a 2 month or 6 month process, without any response back from TSC. We haven’t received either an RFE or any communication back from Texas Service Center.
Please advise what are my options, how can your offices help me achieve our green cards.
